We currently do not offer pick up options. But we’ll let you know once we do. đŸ™‚


2. Shipping

For a stress-free ordering system, we suggest to have us ship the items straight to you.

Shipping is handled by Xend/LBC/2GO or a JollyPrints partner logistics company. JollyPrints ships across the Philippines. Whether you live in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Boracay or Palawan you can order from us and get your orders delivered at home or at your office.

Since we ship out mostly via sea, shipping and delivery times may vary from time to time. An approximate timeline for shipping and delivery are listed below. These are of course after production of the ordered items.

Approximate Shipping and Delivery times

Luzon – 1-2 business days
Visayas – 3-5 business days
Mindanao – 6-7 business days


3. Returns

If your order was delivered defective/damaged, you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please inform our Customer Service at cs@jollyprints.com and send the item(s) back in their ORIGINAL packaging.

Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 5 business days. Should you have any further enquiries, please feel free to contact Customer Service at cs@jollyprints.com.


3.1 Condition of returned items

Table 1 outlines the type of returns allowed by the return policy and the general condition that the items must be returned in by the customer, in order for the return to be considered valid. The fulfillment centers have 5 business days upon return of the item to the warehouse to assess if the returned item meets the return conditions specified in the table below.

Items returned to the warehouse that do not meet the conditions listed below will not be eligible for either a customer refund or replacement.

3.2 Method of Refund

If the product meets the return conditions and the customer specifies a refund, the allowable refund methods are listed below in table 3 (based on the payment method used at the time of purchase). Moreover, all customers have the option to be refunded via a Gift Voucher that can be used for future purchases.
