1. General

1.1 Return and Exchanges

How do I return products purchased?

For returns, please coordinate with our Customer Service. We do not cover the shipping charges for returns.

How long are returns accepted?

Upon approval, within 5-10 business days. Please coordinate with our Customer Service for more information.

How quickly are returns processed?

We need at least 5 business days to check returns. Please coordinate with our Customer Service for more information.

What are the shipping charges for returned items?

We do not cover the shipping charges of valid returns. Shipping charges will depend on the shipping company that you use, the type of shipment, the size and weight.

How do I return defective/damaged items?

Quality Control tries to guarantee that all merchandise is of excellent condition and quality upon leaving the warehouse. In the rare event that your order was delivered defective/damaged, you have 7 days after receiving the item(s) to return it to us. Contact Customer Service to arrange for the item to be picked up (or you may deliver the items to us for faster processing), and we will send you a replacement item as soon as we can. In case the item is out of stock, Customer Service will contact you to issue a refund or Gift Voucher.

Returns for items picked up at the JollyPrints location are not permitted. The reason being, the client has already inspected the items and found no damage before leaving our office.

How do I return unwanted products?

We do our best to ensure that the image and description you provided us are printed accurately. Upon validation from Quality Control, if your items are found to be different (lacking or otherwise) from the description you gave us, you will be issued a refund or Gift Voucher.

We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the order (unless stated otherwise in the product description), provided the item(s) are returned UNUSED in their original packaging with a completed Return Form.

How do I return incorrect shipments

Email our Customer Service at cs@jollyprints.com.

How do I get refunded?

You will be refunded in the form of gift vouchers, wherein you can use the vouchers on your next order.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not exchange items with a different product. We may replace damaged items with items of similar design/print. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

What is JollyPrints’ pickup, shipping and returns policy?

Out of stock items

We do our best to maintain a stock level that matches expected demand; highly popular merchandise will run out of stock quickly than most. JollyPrints updates the store as soon as a new item has arrived. You can contact our customer service department to convey your request by emailing us at cs@jollyprints.com.

Placing items on Hold

Sorry, we do not offer this option.

Choosing brands, models and units

We always quote the best brands and quality products to our clients. You can ask for assistance by emailing us at cs@jollyprints.com.

Arrival of new products

We are continuously updating our product range as new brands, models, units, etc. are released and as we stock new brands.

We currently do not have this service.

Unsuccessful placement of order, item now out of stock

We try to maintain a stock level that matches expected demand; highly popular items will run out of stock very quickly. Another customer may have beaten you to it. Sorry.

Product authenticity at JollyPrints

Anything and everything you purchase with us is guaranteed authentic.

Unavailability of product

There will be items on the site that we will not have stock because of strong demand. We will do our best to find the items for you. In the meantime, let us know of the merchandises you are interested in by emailing us at cs@jollyprints.com .

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery of packages take?

If you made an order to Metro Manila, your product will be delivered in 2 to 3 business days after the order has been processed. Orders take anywhere between 3 to 7 business days for delivery outside of Metro Manila.

Your order will be delivered either by the company messenger or the local courier company. We will advise you.

Use the tracking ID sent to you (for orders delivered via local courier) in the confirmation email to track the movement of your order. Upon delivery of the product, before signing the delivery receipt, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. Please keep the receipt of the delivered product as a precaution.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact our Customer Service team at cs@jollyprints.com.

Can parcels be delivered to an office address?

Yes, however, we cannot guarantee the exact time your order will arrive. Please make sure that someone is available to receive your order anytime of the day.

What if I am out when the package arrives at home?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person. You can also email us at cs@jollyprints.com immediately after purchasing to inform us of the situation. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.

How much is the shipping and handling fee?

We have a flat shipping fee of Php 300 within Metro Manila. For deliveries outside of Metro Manila, shipping charges will depend on the quantity and type of product you have ordered.

How do I change shipping address after my order has been placed?

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the warehouse. To make further changes, you can email us at cs@jollyprints.com and we will be happy to assist you.

What can I do if my items haven’t arrived yet?

Email us at cs@jollyprints.com for assistance if the item(s) you ordered has not arrived after the time indicated in our delivery timetable. You can also track the status of your order by using the tracking ID on the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you after a confirmed purchase.

Do you offer international shipments?

JollyPrints.com currently accommodates customers in the Philippines only. For customers in other countries, please check out our JollyPrints partner sites.
